There are many types of anxiety disorders that include panic disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, Post-Traumatic stress disorder, social anxiety disorder, specific phobias, and generalized anxiety disorder. Anxie-ty is a normal human emotion that everyone experiences at times. Many people feel anxious, or nervous, when faced with a problem or making an important decision. I choose this topic because one it was a very appealing topic for me; the second reason I choose this topic is because I suffer from an anxiety disorder, as well as a skin picking disorder called Excoriation disorder or com-pulsive skin picking, which I will also discuss because I believe it fits under the anxiety disorder and OCD umbrella.
